It's a bit of a confusing process, but we're here to help! The USPS is requiring mail list owners (you) who are using a full service provider (us) to complete a PAF prior to being able to use your mailing list. Luckily, this PAF is good for all of your mail lists for the entire year.
Your PAF approval is important because it gives us permission to run your list through the National Change Of Address (NCOA) software. This software allows your mail list to be updated with the most recent address changes for your intended recipients. NCOA is solely intended to be used to improve the deliverability of your mailing list(s). Your approval of the PAF signals that both of us will comply with the NCOA restrictions such as not using changes to identify new movers, renters, etc.
